NTT Com secures 78 percent of Integralis shares

TOKYO, JAPAN and ISMANING, GERMANY – 19 October 2009. NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) is pleased to announce that at the end of the mandatory acceptance period under the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act, ended on 14 October 2009, NTT Com has secured further 45,357 shares in Integralis, amounting to approximately 0.4 percent of 11,175,032 Integralis shares (diluted outstanding shares according to section 3.5(1) of the offer document). The total number of shares secured by NTT Com at the end of the takeover offer now amounts to 8,756,668, representing approximately 78 percent of Integralis shares as above. The 8,756,668 shares secured by NTT Com are approximately 76 percent on the basis of 11,585,137 Integralis shares and voting rights.
